Meet Melody

  Melody Allred is based in the Atlanta area, where she lives with her husband, their three dogs, and a large, close-knit family. In addition to her work with CARR, Melody serves alongside her husband, who is the Worship Pastor at First Baptist Jonesboro.

A passionate advocate for adoption, Melody’s support for adoptive families is deeply personal. Adopted into a loving home as a child herself, she and her husband went on to adopt four children of their own. Today, their family's adoption story continues into the next generation, as some of their children have also opened their hearts and homes through adoption.

Whether serving clients, supporting her church, or investing in her family, Melody is guided by a deep commitment to faith, relationships, and helping others. She brings compassion, integrity, and a genuine desire to serve to every aspect of her personal and professional life.
